Milestone 1 — SV UI Shared Component Library

Effort Rationale: 92 build hours plus 46 review-cycle hours plus 14 project management hours, estimated using Digital Asset's own day-level estimates for the Initiate Proposal page and the components that compose it, since that estimate already accounts for maintainer review. The milestone delivers the 8 remaining Look & Feel components in the governance-beta shared component library, sequenced first as they unblock the page-level work in Milestone 2, plus the Initiate Proposal page itself, which composes them.

The governance page that composes the above components into a working end-to-end flow:

All deliverables are pull requests against canton-network/splice, each referencing its originating issue and this grant, following the repository's existing code style and CONTRIBUTING guide.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Each of the 9 in-scope issues is closed by a pull request merged into canton-network/splice main, reviewed and accepted by the Splice maintainers.
  • Each component matches the established SV UI design system and is covered by a basic render test.
  • All 8 components are available for use by the page-level issues in Milestone 2.
  • The Initiate Proposal page (#2623) renders and functions end to end using the components delivered in this milestone.
  • CI checks pass on all accepted pull requests.
  • A short milestone report is published listing the accepted PRs, validation performed, and any scope changes.
