DA Registry v0.13.0 is available! This release introduces configurable on-ledger blocklists. Blocklists Enforce real-time compliance, AML, and sanctions policies directly within your digital asset infrastructure. The Registry App provides configurable on-ledger blocklists that allow issuers to immediately restrict specific parties from interacting with an asset. Blocklist checks are enforced by the Registry App smart contracts across every asset lifecycle workflow, ensuring that transactions involving blocked parties are rejected before they can be executed.

Activating Blocklists To enable blocklist functionality for an existing instrument: Update the instrument configuration and enable the `checkBlocklist` checkbox. Compatibility note To ensure that blocklist checks cannot be bypassed by using older versions, instruments with `checkBlocklist` enabled are not compatible with Registry Daml models from previous releases. Please ensure that relevant participants interacting with these instruments have upgraded to v0.13.0 before enabling blocklist enforcement.
