Canton Project Hiring for VP of Engineering
Interstice Digital builds compliance-focused infrastructure on the Canton Network. Our flagship product is the Cross-Chain Swap Engine, which connects the Canton Network and Ethereum/EVM rails via HTLC-based atomic swaps. The engine handles bilateral RFQ routing, KYB/KYC counterparty screening, and non-custodial settlement and institutional liquidity partners. Interstice is a wholly owned subsidiary of Everyrealm Inc., backed by a16z Crypto, Coinbase Ventures, Lightspeed, Galaxy, and Brevan Howard.
We are currently looking to hire a VP of Engineering (fully remote) to work directly with our CTO. This is a hands-on role, writing code, making architectural decisions, and being held accountable for delivery. The main qualifications include 5+ years of experience and a willingness to work some hours overlapping with a New York City-based team.
