   Greetings Fellow Operators. Thank you for considering participation in our pilot.

   Pilot Thesis: Legacy is built in the small acts that make deterministic process possible: a clean settlement, a shared rule, and capable participants aligned to the global synchronizer. K‑R‑O Brokers invites you to extend that legacy with ours and join a standards‑aligned cohort prepared to process private‑market settlement flows within the global synchronizer.

   Major operators across the network have already established the relevant standards, settlement patterns, and deterministic workflows. We are grateful for that groundwork. KRO’s pilot fits within that operating pattern while opening a distinct social-purpose private-market route.

   The workflow is standard: eligible cash-equivalent collateral seeking intraday financing, processed through atomic DAML DvP. Cash and collateral move together, or the transaction does not settle. 

   Financing may be considered in USDC, USD, or another supported currency, subject to cross-border compliance, eligibility, and agreed terms. 

   What the Pilot Tests
   • Deterministic settlement on the KRO node
   • CIP‑56-marked, registry-recorded transactions
   • Assets held in a BitGo enterprise wallet
   • Standard onboarding, localized workflow, and Party ID whitelisting 

   Conditions met → settlement proceeds.
   Conditions not met → it does not.

   • Cash: settlement financing and liquidity routing
   • Engineering: Expanding our workflow integration via krostudio.org

   We've Grown: KRO now operates from a polished, deterministic posture shaped by applied learning across Canton ecosystem practice, operations discipline, and technical rigor. Our settlement transactions are ready for atomic DvP settlement, and operators who join this cohort will help establish the operating record that follows.

   Ready to be part of KRO's first cohort record? We would welcome the engagement. Reply to me (not all): “It’s a go.” We'll then share our KRO Party ID for whitelisting so you can receive our standard settlement flow and terms on chain. Once approved, we’ll provide the private transaction for deterministic processing.

   We have kept the cohort to 20 private transaction slots so the operating record is established with care. Distributed participation is welcome.
