   Hello Canton family,

    

   I'm the team lead at The Hub. We joined you in February, and we've built several apps that are now ready to use — we'll roll them out one by one.

    

   Our mission hasn't changed: contribute to the network and build good relationships. We believe strong bonds move the network forward.

   We built HubSoldier to give something back to this community: so every operator, whatever their size, can defend their own node with the quality of protection big institutions pay teams for — and we keep improving it. Your validator settles real value, which makes it a target; a single missed upgrade, drained traffic, or a stalled ledger can quietly break your transfers. Staying safe shouldn't require a security team.

    

   HubSoldier is a cyber-defense soldier watching your validator and app 24/7:

    

   • Start free in 30 seconds — paste your validator's party ID into the bot; it tracks balance, traffic, uptime and version, cross-checked across multiple independent sources — never a single one. No install, no card.
   • It catches the upgrade that breaks transfers — it warns you when your validator falls below the network's required minimum version or runs a non-MainNet Splice. It reads the network's official announcements and knows the current version for each environment (DevNet/TestNet/MainNet).
   • It watches your node for attacks and anomalies — it catches danger signals like a sudden spike in missed rounds (slashing risk), an unexpected CC outflow, or dropping out of the validator set. No server access needed.
   • A safe, step-by-step upgrade guide — when it finds a problem, it walks you through it one step at a time: backup first, image tag only, your party and keys preserved, rollback on any doubt. If a step errors, it scans the Canton docs and forum and tells you the fix.

   • We run it on ourselves. HubSoldier watches The Hub 24/7. We defend our own node with it.
   • It never touches your funds. Even if you grant server access, it never touches money — read-only over funds and identity, enforced in code. Sensitive actions require your one-tap approval. Start in observe mode until you trust it.

   Two ways to run it: validator monitoring is free forever (no balance needed). For full site/app defense you buy prepaid credit packs in CC — no subscription, a daily cap that keeps costs predictable, and you pay only for what the Soldier actually does. No lock-in, no surprise bills — plus SOC2 / ISO 27001 / PCI reports for your own audits. We price it at cost, not for profit — this is our contribution to the network, not a revenue gate.
