   Pleased to share that our pilot's proof of concept has officially closed, exactly as it started: quietly, smoothly, and with governance precision!

   
   Launched formally on 17 July 2026, our targeted 10-day pilot has successfully transitioned KRO into a production ready state. 🎉

   
   

   Core Measures of Success: We entered our testing with two business goals: 1. Learn something meaningful; and 2. contribute something durable to both our operations and the network. Today, we are proud to share where we landed.  

   
   

   Learning: A hardened governance posture is a meaningful best practice for network integration and performance integrity. By innovating the secure design of our digital‑asset and interoperability node on mainnet, our operations have unlocked private‑market intelligence that clarifies cross‑network liquidity behavior, defines risk‑design constraints, and strengthens asset traceability across the ecosystem.

    

   Deterministic Contributions: 

   • Institutional Readiness: A clear pathway for regulated liquidity partners to evaluate full policy integration with KRO. 

   • Uniform Operations: A standardized CIP-0056 DAML workflow designed to seamlessly process and enforce settlement grade transactions across the network. 
   • RWA Portfolio Access: Facilitating access to over $1B in eligible collateral to deterministically exchange with liquidity partners via our Studio.
   • Strategic Expansion: On cloud 9 with the expansion of a premiere European investment and market partnership, marking an auditable expansion for KRO Brokers into a commercially critical region. 

    

   This milestone arrives just as we advance our Featured App through the governance process. The product enables participants to use our proprietary turnkey utility for governance optimization, deterministic settlement, and capital‑velocity performance, compounding network impact and strengthening market postures.

    

   Market Status 

   • Deals Moving: Pilot Highlights and Commercial term sheets are actively being distributed to production partners. 
   • Launch Date: Full network-wide production scale is on track for Early Q4 2026. 

    

   Ecosystem Spotlight & Commercial Scale:

   • A special shout-out to the Digital Asset team. Although our product utility is architected to be network-agnostic, we highlight Canton in this cycle because it provided the ideal governance environment for our pilot.
