Milestone 3: Advanced Architecture, Canton Network Completion & Certification

  • Estimated Delivery: 27 weeks from project start (8 weeks after Milestone 2)
  • Focus: Complete the Solution Architect and Canton Network paths; deliver all certification frameworks
  • Deliverables / Value Metrics:

- 5 new modules: S1–S5 (multi-synchronizer, Canton Network, security, NFRs, migration strategy) - 2 new Canton Network modules: N4 (Public Chain to Canton Concepts), N5 (Privacy, Compliance & Enterprise Design) - Developer, Architect, and Canton Network capstone project specifications - 5 certification exam question banks (Foundations, Application Developer, Solution Architect, Daml 2→3 Bridge, Canton Network Fundamentals) - All 5 learning path definitions, role mapping documentation, and competency frameworks - Documentation Consistency Report #3 (docs.canton.network cross-reference) - Quality Gate Report #3 (beta feedback summary and revision log) - Full written training program operational across all 5 paths
