Milestone 4: Live Code Engineering Media

• Estimated Delivery: 34 weeks from project start (9 weeks of production, beginning week 26 with 2-week overlap during Milestone 3 quality gate)
• Focus: Produce narrated live coding videos for the highest-priority learning paths
• Deliverables / Value Metrics:

- 12 edited live coding videos (~4.25 hours total): Path A (10 videos, ~3.5 hrs), Path D priority modules (2 videos, ~0.75 hrs) - Companion code repositories with timestamp-tagged commits - Video chapters, transcripts, thumbnails, and metadata files - Priority multimedia content delivered; Paths B, C, E, and remaining Path D videos available as a future add-on engagement

Deferred Video Content (Future Add-On)

The following videos are not included in this engagement but can be commissioned separately as a follow-on project without rework, since the written modules, code repositories, and exercise content will already be complete:
