Deliverables:

• Documentation: Updated operator manuals covering BFT domain bootstrap, sequencer onboarding, governance procedures, trust model and assumptions, pruning configuration, and dynamic parameter tuning.
• Security Audit: Complete and deliver an internal security audit covering BFT time monotonicity, availability guarantees, deduplication correctness, storage fairness, and fault tolerance under topology changes.
• Deploy BFT ordering service on Global Synchronizer MainNet with at least 90 percent of Validators participating.
• Demonstrate sustained average throughput of at least 50 transactions per second under representative production load.
• Successfully execute at least one online BFT ordering reconfiguration (adding or removing a sequencer) on MainNet without perceptible downtime.
• Resolve any issues that arise during MainNet deployment and initial operation.

Acceptance Criteria: MainNet Performance: Sustained average throughput of at least 50 Canton Coin-equivalent transactions per second (approximately 1 MB/sec burn) on the Global Synchronizer MainNet.
