TokenStdDevNet accessible to any DevNet Validator (by replicating IP whitelisting). All implementation work on a token standard V2 branch of the splice Open Source repository. At least one institutional app provider, asset provider, and wallet onboarded (meaning nodes connected) into TokenStdDevNet for integration testing. A dedicated network is used to allow resetting the network in case the new token standard APIs need to be mutated.
