Milestone 1: Open Source Delivery (Retroactive)

• Payment: 700,000 CC — upon grant approval
• Focus: Recognize and close out the infrastructure already delivered to the Canton ecosystem.
• Deliverables / Value Metrics:

- Go DAML SDK (noders-team/go-daml) — full Ledger API + Admin/Topology client layer and type-safe DAR code generator, as documented in the Specification section above. - Go Wallet SDK (noders-team/go-wallet-daml) — wallet/dApp backend library with Token Standard integration and DApp API support, as documented above. - Upstream Python DAZL contributions (PRs #541 and #543 in digital-asset/dazl-client) — merged and publicly visible. - All Go repos published under Apache 2.0.
