• External Code Audit: Secure external, third-party validation by commissioning a full-scope security audit. This is a critical step for building market credibility, fostering trust, and establishing the standard as enterprise-grade.

Acceptance Criteria:* Successful completion of the external audit with all critical and high issues addressed.

• Launch of a Reference dApp: Deploy a public, exemplary dApp that serves as a best-practice blueprint for new builders. This resource will accelerate developer onboarding, reduce implementation errors, and drive the adoption of high-quality, standard-compliant dApps across the ecosystem.

Acceptance Criteria:* Reference dApp is Open Source available and connects successfully with CIP-103 compliant wallets.

• Developer Documentation and Knowledge Base: A dedicated, ongoing effort to create and maintain comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and knowledge-sharing assets. This is essential for lowering the barrier to entry, ensuring developer success, and scaling community support.

Acceptance Criteria:* SDK schema and integration documentation published to the repository.

• dApp Starter Template: A command-line tool to generate a production-ready template for dApp UI development.

* Acceptance Criteria: Installable NPM package

• React Wrapper Library: for developer convenience, a React wrapper around the SDK functionality is provided. This wrapper exposes the SDK through idiomatic React patterns such as hooks and context providers, allowing React applications to integrate dApp functionality without directly interacting with the lower-level SDK APIs.

* Acceptance Criteria: Full coverage of the SDK methods; Installable NPM package

• Adoption Lifecycle Report: Submission of the Adoption Progress Report
