Milestone 4: Ecosystem Adoption

• dApps adoption of the CIP: Drive broad support and formal adoption of the CIP standard across top-tier dApps. Help dApps implement the CIP correctly and make their products compatible with the standard.

Acceptance Criteria:* 80% of the top 15 dApps by rewards received in the last 90 days support CIP-0103. The snapshot of the top 15 dApps will be taken on the last day of Q3 using public explorers.

• Wallet Provider adoption of the CIP: Focus on enabling and securing adoption of the CIP standard across the wallet ecosystem.

Acceptance Criteria:* 80% of the top 10 wallets by rewards received in the last 90 days fully support CIP-0103. The snapshot of the top 10 wallets will be taken on the last day of Q3 using public explorers. Wallets will be tested with the Wallet Provider Compliance Test Suite to verify full support.

Methodology for Identifying Top Entities

To keep the measurement framework objective and transparent", top entities" are defined using verifiable on-chain activity.

• Top dApps are the 15 applications that received the highest volume of network rewards over the trailing 90-day period.
• Top wallets are the 10 wallet providers associated with the highest volume of network rewards over the trailing 90-day period.

These rankings are based on public data available through network explorers. For each Adoption Progress Report, we will take a snapshot of the current top entities at the end of the relevant milestone period. This ensures the target list stays aligned with the most active participants in the network.
