Deliverables / Value Metrics:

- UX improvements based on feedback from current operators and governance users - Confirmation, diff, and audit views for high-confidence vote execution - Validation against at least one realistic wallet interoperability path - Operator documentation and rollout guidance for staged production adoption - Incorporated review feedback from representative governance users and operator stakeholders, with a rollout package suitable for staged adoption
