Milestone 3: Token Faucets & Token Standard Tooling (CIP-0112)

- Focus: CantonCoin / Token Standard tooling and UX polish, CIP-0112.
- Deliverables / Value Metrics:
- dpm localnet token mint CLI and Web UI minting for tokens on LocalNet on the CIP-0112 path. - dpm localnet token create interactive token wizard defining new tokens (name, symbol, decimals, initial supply) aligned with CIP-0112 as the default. - dpm localnet token transfer / burn / balance convenience commands wrapping the Ledger API / Registry API for that path. - Expanded regression coverage across the supported macOS, Linux, and Windows targets, UX polish across CLI and Web UI, and consolidated documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides (including explicit note of CIP-0112 scope and optional future CIP-56 support per ecosystem demand).
- Adoption Metrics: at least 7 external projects/teams demonstrate a LocalNet workflow on the CIP-0112 path.
