Milestone 3: Governance Module Expansion

  • Estimated Delivery: Month 3
  • Focus: Expand cap-governance to the bounded first-release governance set
  • Deliverables / Value Metrics:

- weighted-vote implementation - quorum, threshold, and approval logic for supported governance formats - downstream execution hooks for approved proposals - Daml script and sandbox integration tests for supported governance formats
