- API documentation and developer setup instructions - extension guide for building new modules on cap-core - documentation of known implementation constraints, operating assumptions, and current first-release limitations - final/stable public open-source release under Apache 2.0 or equivalent, following public development throughout the project lifecycle - at least one public walkthrough, tutorial, or technical session
