• Estimated Delivery: Recurring monthly for 12 months post-launch
• Focus: Server uptime, minor bug fixes, user support, continuous model retraining, free hosted API access during the bootstrapping period, self-hosted deployment support, and benchmark API hosting.
• Deliverables / Value Metrics: Ongoing hosting and sustained API availability for both the models and the benchmark APIs; free hosted API access during the bootstrapping period subject to fair-use limits; periodic model updates from continuous retraining; operation of the Milestone 4 federated-learning system once it is live (coordinating aggregation rounds, validating updates, and benchmarking and releasing improved models); and updated deployment materials for self-hosted users.

Milestone | Description | Payment -- | -- | -- Milestone 5 | Maintenance and Federated-Learning Operation | 170,079 CC per month (equivalent to 28,063 USD per month for 12 months), paid quarterly based on actual resource usage. In addition to baseline maintenance and hosting, this includes operation of the federated-learning system, including coordination and aggregation infrastructure, running aggregation rounds, validating updates, benchmarking improved models, and releasing updated models.
