• Security audits of Milestone 4 deliverables (audit report published)
• Security reviews and penetration tests

Developer Enablement (included):

• Marketing and community activations
• Dedicated Technical Account Manager

Acceptance Criteria:

• RI 5 demonstrable on LocalNet/DevNet with functional demo front-end.
• Staking library components pass \>90% code coverage with full CI integration.
• M4 security audit report published with all critical and high findings resolved.
• At least 1 independent Canton developer has reviewed new library components (written confirmation).
