The Super Validators have begun upgrading their nodes to Splice 0.9.3 across all networks, slightly ahead of schedule

If enough SVs upgrade today, you will see the automated announcements that Splice 0.9.3 is ready for Validators to upgrade.

Once you see this announcement for a given network (DevNet, TestNet or MainNet), you are free to proceed with the upgrade on that network as you see fit.

We encourage everyone to complete this upgrade on all networks no later than tomorrow, October 21st.
