The oldest 25 of 136 proposals waiting. Your AI agent can list all of them with list_proposals_needing_champion. Across the 136, the proposal file or PR text names a champion in 28, says it is seeking one in 43, and does not say in 65. Organization and SIG come from the proposal file when it is held, so many older proposals show none.

In Voting Live since 2026-08-24. No open vote is recorded in the comments.
The MCP tool list_stuck_proposals lists all 113 of them, and get_dev_fund_lifecycle(number) gives the full history of one proposal.
- 235 stays in Incoming were ended by the project automation (most are instant declines), against 140 ended by a person. The durations here use only stays a person ended.
- 78 proposals have gaps in their board history: the arrival on the board or the latest move is not recorded. They count in the funnel, but a stay with a missing end is not used for durations.
- 15 pull requests are merged but sit in Declined: they are housekeeping edits, so merged does not mean approved.
- 23 pull requests are still open although the board shows Declined or Approved.
- Percentiles interpolate linearly. Open proposals are never mixed into completed-stay figures. Pushes of new commits are not visible in the stored data.

These counts are a floor. Only 60 of 206 open proposals name an RFP in a label, the PR text, the title or the proposal file, so a low count does not show that an area is uncrowded. Open means open on GitHub, not yet approved and not declined on the board. RFP list from the Foundation roadmap, indexed 2026-08-26. To match an idea to an RFP, ask your agent to use find_rfp_for_idea.

How to read this page
- Champion evidence is the project board column, plus the Champion line in the proposal file and in the PR text. The bot labels needs-champion and champion-confirmed are deliberately not used, because champion-confirmed is set from the PR text at filing and has been wrong.
- A name in a Champion line is the applicant's claim, not a confirmation. Only the board column shows that a champion was assigned. Not stated means the PR text and the proposal file say nothing, which is not the same as having none.
- Proposal titles, organization names and comments are public GitHub content, shown as written.
- Not affiliated with the Canton Foundation, Digital Asset, or any Dev Fund committee. CCPEDIA is an independent community resource, operated by Unity Nodes.
