Summary

This proposal introduces a reusable delegated automation capability for Canton applications, allowing users to authorize bounded, typed automated actions without giving an automation service access to their signing credentials or principal actAs rights.

It delivers an open source Daml authorization package, TypeScript reference runner, TestNet validation, independent ecosystem evaluation, security review, standards candidate, and 12 months of maintenance.
