Notes for Reviewers

Murad Malachiyev (@hitrich) is applying as an independent individual applicant and is seeking a Champion from the Financial Workflows & Composability SIG.

The request is 800,000 CC in development funding, plus a separately procured audit allowance capped at 100,000 CC. The final 320,000 CC is conditional on verified MainNet adoption and twelve months of performed maintenance.
