Summary

MilestoneOS is open-source, privacy-preserving infrastructure for operating multi-milestone grants, bounties, accelerators, and commercial awards on Canton. It provides reusable Daml interfaces, settlement adapters, a TypeScript SDK, GitHub evidence integration, and a reference application.

Murad Malachiyev (@hitrich) is applying as an independent individual applicant and is seeking a Tech & Ops Committee Champion from the Financial Workflows & Composability SIG. Design-partner validation is an explicit Milestone 1 deliverable. The funding request remains subject to Champion and Committee calibration.

The request is 800,000 CC in development funding, plus a separately procured audit allowance capped at 100,000 CC. The final 320,000 CC is conditional on verified MainNet adoption and twelve months of performed maintenance.
