Summary

KAILEdge is a deterministic physics engine that converts physical sensor data into TPM-sealed cryptographic certificates consumable by Daml smart contracts on Canton Network. This proposal funds Phase 1 integration—enabling the first physics-verified, on-chain parametric insurance workflow on Canton.

This proposal introduces a new asset class to Canton—physics-verified real-world assets. The integration layer is open-source under Apache 2.0, providing a reference implementation for parametric insurance, supply chain verification, and carbon credit verification.
