  For Chainlink - there are 2 CIPs they are proposing The Bridge one you see here is for all 3 providers (Chainlink, LayerZero, Wormhole) to all get a 3 for connecting their bridges and then a bonus pool assigned for those who perform once live The other Chainlink CiP is about them integrating data oracles, proof of reserve, and building activity on chain around those  toggle quoted message
