    Cumberland/DRW votes in favor, but I’d like to make two points clear with our vote: 1) Regarding milestone 1: We believe the Accountability committee should not include ping-pong or other “outside of guidance” transaction patterns in the count. 2) Regarding milestone 3: The foundation should rely on the Accountability Committee to determine what is a new customer or a novel transaction type.
