SDK 1.0 is officially released

After a few last minute changes we’ve rolled out v1.0. You can read the earlier announcement here: https://blog.daml.com/daml-driven/announcing-daml-sdk-1.0

Upgrading is as simple as running daml install 1.0.0 from your terminal.
