The IDE page of the Katacoda tutorials often fails to load

Am I doing something wrong, or is this Katacoda’s fault?

What page do you mean, exactly? Daml Web SDK - Start Coding and Test Your Skills?
Next time that happens for you, could you try opening the Developer Console in your browser (F12 in Chrome) and sharing the console output here? It may give some insight what’s going wrong.
