Daml templates for external data

Are there any existing standards/prebuilt templates for building DAML contracts that refer to “external data”, like published interest rates, financial instrument prices, or should the implementer define their own standard? Thanks.

I am not aware of specific external data referrals however trawl through the Daml Examples, the Finance section in the APPLICATIONS AND LIBRARIES has substantial content.

Not an expert on the topic, but as @quidagis suggested there are some examples available on daml.com/examples page. There’s a swap example that uses ISDA’s standard for referencing data. Swaps demo uses Reuters as a data publisher.
