Hello guys, here is my first step

I am Tse from NovelSoft which is a local IT company in Mongolia. Most of our customers are the government agencies and banks. We are eager to use blockchain in our products and services. For instance, our electronic property registration system has been used by the government since 2011. Smart-contract kind of solution appears to be a key element of the next version of this system. I am very eager to learn more about DAML.
