Streaming user management changes?

Hi I am working with the user management api in the java bindings: Is there plans or a User Management stream for changes? Such as as rights change a ~transaction stream is provided?

Use case is i have a Infinispan layer in front of the ledger and I would like to cache rights as they change.

There are no concrete plans for a streaming endpoint for this atm.
