1st Getting Started Step

There were a few npm bugs on linux (ubuntu) but downgrading npm as advised on the forum did the trick.

As far as I know, we’re currently not aware of any issues with the 2.5.0 getting started experience on Linux. Would you mind documenting the errors you ran into?

Thanks for your response. I continued with the adding my first feature (chat) to the create-daml-app tutorial and am unable to reproduce the issue now.

If this reoccurs I’ll document it here to share the details.
