Daml Secure Infrastructure

Hi all!

I’m following the Readme instructions from this great repo ex-secure-daml-infra
On Auth0 phase I stuck on the step Setup Service Account (M2M) Authentication. Create Service Accounts (Machine-2-Machine) accounts in particular.
What are these Service accounts? I don’t see how can I create them on Auth0 tenant. Is it regular Users with email? Or it is Machine to Machine application with an authorized API that I created at the beginning?
Please, guide me here if possible.
