Canton 2.x included JavaScript Client Libraries – @daml/types, @daml/ledger, and @daml/react.

No. This is low priority for now.

For the new Canton 3.x Ledger JSON API, you can now generate bindings for the language of your choice using the Open API and Async API specifications.
