I don't have any traffic left on my canton network validator

I am unable to buy additional traffic on Canton Network, and my traffic allowance is exhausted.
I see error in the logs Insufficient traffic: Submission was rejected because not traffic is available: AboveTrafficLimit
How can I resolve this?

When you don’t have enough traffic you should buy more from your usual provider.
If you are unable to purchase more traffic because your allowance is fully consumed, follow these steps:

1. Scale down your participant and validator nodes.
2. Wait at least 20 minutes. This pause allows Canton’s built-in auto top-up mechanism to grant you a small amount of free traffic.
3. Once the top-up is received, use it to make a transaction to buy more traffic.
