Participant MemberDisabled after AWS UAE region outage - need re-enable

Hey everyone,

Due to the recent AWS UAE region outage, our Canton validator went down and has been offline for an extended period. Since the UAE region isn’t recovering, we’ve migrated our deployment to AWS Paris (eu-west-3) on a new EKS cluster.

Good news is all our postgres data migrated successfully. Bad news is our participant is now showing MemberDisabled on all sequencers.

• New Egress IP: 15.237.221.38 (already allowlisted by our sponsor)

• Error: FAILED_PRECONDITION/MemberDisabled on all sequencers

Node is fully running, data intact, just can’t reconnect because the participant got disabled during the downtime.

Is there anyone from GSF or another SV who can help re-enable our participant? Happy to provide any additional info needed.
