Validator limit exceeded error despite using batched markers - clarification on constraints

We are currently investigating the cause of the “featured cc transfer limit exceeded” issue on our validator end.
At present, we are only sending batched markers, so we would like to better understand what may be triggering this.
Could you clarify whether this is clearly related to a high number of CC transfers, overall transaction volume, or any other specific constraint?
