Private synchroniser setup

Hello All

I want to deploy a private synchroniser for PoC in development environment. Can we use canton binaries? Is Kubernetes with helm mandatory?

Pls provide documentation link where it explained deployment using canton binaries. In new documentation I can only find deployment using kubernetes.

That section explains deployment of synchroniser through kubernetes (connectivity with participant node can help though)

I think best would be to start from “Canton Getting Started Tutorial” . It explains setup through binaries.

Do you need specific features from private synchronisers? Or you just want to deploy your daml applications? In that case LocalNet also works.
