Minimum splice versions

Reminder that the Daml models supporting the upcoming Logical Synchronizer Upgrades on DevNet, TestNet and MainNet require you to upgrade your Validator node to a minimum of Splice 0.6.2. The Super Validators strongly recommend that you upgrade every week and keep the same version that they are operating.

In this specific case, featured applications hosted on a node operating Splice 0.6.1 or below will stop receiving app rewards after the Daml models supporting the upcoming Logical Synchronizer Upgrades go into effect.
