Can't send money from exchange (Kraken) to Zoro Wallet
Hey everyone,
I’ve been trying to interact as a retail user on Canton Network since 7+ months. I have signed up for multiple wallets (most of them I can’t sign-up because the waitlist is full (???)). I have reached out to the Canton Network Team through various avenues (Twitter, Homepage, “Talk to an Expert”, etc. but never got a reply. After months of searching I finally found and set up Zoro Wallet (https://zorowallet.com/). To fund the wallet, I wanted to send $CC from Kraken to the wallet. Now, the transaction failed, and I can’t find either the a) Transaction-ID, the Ref-ID or my wallet address (shown on Zoro Wallet) on CantonScan. Can you help me check what happened?
