Different App idea for Canton Network
I discovered Canton months ago and kept an eye on it, after some times, I started to find a real use cases applicable to my company and I would love to get some feedbacks on it since it takes a slightly different approach within the Canton ecosystem but it can power a lot what we do and brin new stuff to the ecosystem.
While many projects are understandably focused on finance, tokenization and payments, we’re exploring how Canton can be used for privacy, compliance and cross-organization data governance.
We already operate Veilio, a data tokenization and privacy platform helping organizations protect sensitive data and remain GDPR/NIS2 compliant. Our next step is Veilio Exchange, a governance layer that allows organizations to securely manage access, permissions, consent and auditability around regulated data shared across multiple parties. What excites us is the opportunity to bring a new data-focused use case to Canton, leveraging its strengths in privacy, trust and multi-party coordination.
For you, community, is this something Canton can be interesting in or it’s too far from the vision of the foundation?
