#cf-outreach: Raven has been acquired by Premia

Hi everyone,

We wanted to share that Raven has been acquired by Premia.

As part of the acquisition, Raven’s product & technology will be integrated into Premia’s institutional offering, and the retail version of Raven will be discontinued.

We’re incredibly grateful to the Canton community for the support throughout Raven’s journey. Building on Canton allowed us to validate our digital options infrastructure and ultimately reach this milestone.

Our focus now shifts fully to Alpend, and we’re excited to continue contributing to the Canton ecosystem.
