Registry URLs discovery

Hey folks,
Quick question: Is the CIP-56 Off-Ledger API Discovery currently implemented, or is it planned to be? We aren’t seeing any CNS admin party keys on either the devnet or the testnet.

That hasn’t been implemented yet, but the design is currently being done.
