Splice 0.8.2 → 0.8.3 Version Update

Splice 0.8.2 is being skipped and has been replaced by Splice 0.8.3. Please do not deploy 0.8.2.

A release packaging issue was identified after 0.8.2 was cut. Splice 0.8.3 contains the corrected release. There are no substantive code changes between 0.8.2 and 0.8.3 beyond the release fix.

The existing deployment schedule remains unchanged. Because 0.8.2 has been skipped, the planned patch versions for the remainder of the 0.8.x schedule have each been incremented by one.

The next 0.8.3 deployments are therefore:

• DevNet: September 21

• TestNet: September 28

• MainNet: October 5

The SV Operations Calendar has been updated to reflect the replacement directly. You will not see a separate canceled 0.8.2 event. Instead, the scheduled event now shows the replacement version, with additional context in the event details.
