Research: Party Scoring. Trust signals and unknown counterparties on Canton
Every ecosystem eventually runs into the same thing: you see a party, and you have no idea whether it is a long-standing participant, a brand new account, or something you would rather keep out.
Teams here seem to solve this in very different ways. Manual allowlists, off-chain agreements, their own onboarding, or simply accepting everyone and dealing with problems afterwards. There is no shared picture of which of these actually work on Canton and where they hurt.
We put together a short form to collect that picture. It takes about 7 minutes, asks about your practice rather than any particular technology, and has no technical questions.
