Validator Advisory: Wait for SV Quorum Before Upgrading to 0.9.0

We discovered a minor issue with 0.9.0 that is relevant to validators:

• If a validator upgrades to 0.9.0 before a quorum of SVs has upgraded, they may falsely determine that scan responses are not matching (i.e., there is no consensus among scans) for /v0/dso-sequencers).
• This may severely impact the functionality of the validator.
• The issue is resolved once a quorum of SVs have also upgraded to 0.9.0.

It is already recommended that validators don’t upgrade to a version before a quorum of SVs have upgraded.

In case a validator upgrades to 0.9.0 prior to the “⅔ of Super Validator nodes have upgraded to this release” announcement, they may experience downtime until sufficient SVs have upgraded as well.
