Canton TestNet mixed Splice versions – MPC-Holding-Inc still on 0.8.4

Hi Team,

We are setting up three Canton TestNet validators on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS/Kubernetes) using the official Splice 0.9.0 Helm charts.

Our TestNet connectivity and IP allowlisting are working correctly, and the migration ID is confirmed as 1. During our pre-deployment validation, most of the discovered TestNet SVs are reporting Splice 0.9.0:

- C7-Technology-Services-Limited – 0.9.0
- Cumberland-1 – 0.9.0
- Digital-Asset-1 – 0.9.0
- Five-North-1 – 0.9.0
- Liberty-City-Ventures-1 – 0.9.0

However, MPC-Holding-Inc is still reporting 0.8.4, so our validation is stopping with:

STOP: MPC-Holding-Inc reports 0.8.4. Mixed rollout: pause for sponsor guidance.

Is Canton TestNet currently undergoing a rolling upgrade to Splice 0.9.0? Should we wait until all discovered SVs are on 0.9.0 before proceeding with validator onboarding and deployment?

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.

Testnet is still partially on the 0.8.4 version
