MainNet vote to increase traffic price to $60/MB matching CIP 42

   Hi,

    

   I just created the vote on Mainnet with tracking id 00cbd9cd6005e288456e6344e6e6964fc95c0ff3f485eab088bb4dc4f2ced25a9bca1012205be92c3221401cbceb2afe80b1f67e507b85ed5538efcee96f96ffb24a32d498 which increases the traffic price to $60/MB matching the $1/CC transfer target from CIP-0042 and what we already use on dev and testnet.

    

   As a remind, this only requires action from supervalidator operators as rights owners already agreed to that through CIP 42 Google Drive link is https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Y_xhHAqzzTX_la0kEsTa0Ye1-zZtT83W/view.

   It expires Monday Jan 20th and takes effect Jan 21th 20:00 UTC. As a reminder, just like for devnet this is a call for action to the super validator operators as the rights owners already approved this change.
