All existing and in-work CIPs are now available publicly, here:

    https://github.com/global-synchronizer-foundation/cips

You will notice a pending PR for CIP-0000, which describes the GitHub-based process for CIPs. I plan to present this for discussion in cip-discuss in the next day or two.

If you look at the details of the repo, you'll notice that the CIP documentation does not all align with the standard formatting set out in CIP-0000.  I will work with Amanda Martin over the coming days to align all the CIPs with the standard formatting.

It's possible there will be other errors at first. We're transferring the entire CIP history over from emails and PDFs, so there will likely be some mistakes related to the attributes for Layer, Type, Status and Author, in particular.  Feel free to raise issues in this repo for any errors you find, and we'll correc them as soon as possible.
