   Excellar is committed to developing a compliant stablecoin, and this aligns with the needs of institutional participants in the Canton Network who are looking to use stablecoins. Excellar wishes to join the Canton Network because of its institutional focus, the opportunity to be an early participant in the growing network, and its emphasis on privacy. Additionally, Excellar has received approval from their regulator (Bermuda Monetary Authority) to bring XUSD to the Canton Network.
